MultiArchive with Sharepoint – the best of both worlds for EG customers

ERP provider EG is providing it’s ASPECT4 customers with world-class document management combining Microsoft Sharepoint and MultiArchive in its most recent offer – EG CrossWork.

EG CrossWork

EG CrossWork is a knowledge sharing tool introducing a simple and easy way of organizing, systemizing, and supporting processes with the need to create, classify and manage documents.

EG CrossWorks provides access from within ASPECT4 to a MS Sharepoint based document portal, containing all business related documents.

MultiArchive

The majority of the business documents in a company are either created by the ERP system, or received from suppliers on paper, XML or EDIFACT. These business documents are typically already stored in MultiArchive – or in this case ASPECT4 Archive or DocOrganizer, the EG partner versions of MultiArchive. 

With the most recent development – all or selected documents in MultiArchive, are now also available from EG CrossWork and hence the MS SharePoint portal.
