Having seen how progressive companies are working with their CRM processes using SuperOffice, and how the same or similar companies are working with other important business processes using MultiArchive, it is easy to see the benefit of integrating the two tools.
In SuperOffice you create a lot of customer related documents, that are automatically transferred to the shared corporate archive – MultiArchive – where they are kept securely, and at the same time available for other applications than the CRM system. Equally the thousands or millions of documents created in other applications – Office, ERP, HR, Payroll etc. and stored in the shared corporate archive, are now available to the users of the CRM system.
A true example of when 1+1 equals not 2 but 3.
Currently specialists in the two development centers are finalizing the seamless integration between the two products. Integration is based on XML and webservices. The final code is expected to be available during second quarter of 2007.
