Not even a volcano could stop the MultiTeam User Conference

On Tuesday 20. and Wednesday 21. April the MultiTeam User Conference took place at Thon Hotel Oslofjord in Sandvika.  MultiTeam is an independent MultiArchive user group under the Norwegian User Association DATATEAM and thereby a part of COMMON Europe.

Multi-Support customers and members of MultiTeam are spread all over Norway. But even with ash clouds over Norway and hence no flights, customers found alternative means of transport.  Some even spent a whole day getting to the venue in order to share experience and learn from peers.

The agenda featured on number of exiting topics and varied between internal and external speakers. Among the speakers was MD Thomas Hougaard-Enevoldsen from Multi-Support R&D telling about the upcoming MultiArchive 8. This release will not only feature a completely new user interface, but it will also deliver new functionality and greater ease of use.  It was quite clear that the attendance liked what they saw in the presentation and the expectations are high.
