Multi-Support joins IBMi ISV Advisory Council
By invitation from IBM Rochester, Multi-Support is invited to work closely with IBM on their future plans for the IBM i platform.
Details
Multi-Support has been working closely together with IBM for more than 25 years, and is today recognized as an IBM Advanced Business Partner
IBM i and IBM Power Systems are major technology platforms for Multi-Support solutions and thousands of Multi-Support customers. For that reason, we appreciate the invitation by IBM to participate in the Advisory Council.
According to DB2 Specialist Kent Milligan from IBM the goal of the IBM i ISV Advisory Council is to gather select professionals from the IBM i solution provider community to review and provide input on IBM i strategy and products. The benefit to the participating organizations is that they will receive an early look at IBM's future product plans for IBM i and may have an opportunity to influence those software product directions and plans.
At Multi-Support, we see our participation in the Advisory Council as a strong confirmation of our continued commitment to the IBM platform, at a time where our embracement of other platforms attracts a lot of attention.
“I am convinced that the increased involvement with the IBM labs will be of great benefit for our future product development” says Thomas Hougaard, Managing Director of Multi-Support R&D.
