JFG Insurance chooses to work smarter with MultiArchive Workflow
JFG, Norwegian insurance company, implements complete solution for automated processing of incoming documents.

JFG is a major full service insurance company in Norway, and as such always on the lookout to optimized administrative routines, reduce costs, and increase customer service. Several years ago this lead to the implementation of Multi-Supports IDM concept for thousands of outgoing documents.
Most recently JFG chose to implement a new solution for capturing, categorizing, and processing of all incoming documents to the company.
Documents may arrive at JFG in the form of a paper letters, e-mails, or facsimiles, and either at the headquarter or at one of several regional offices throughout the country.
A major objective for the solution is to ensure a uniform and optimized processing of incoming documents no-matter what format the customer have chosen, and no-matter where the initial point of contact is.
The scanning and extraction is implemented using Readsoft Documents for Mailrooms. Using Document Capture for Readsoft Mailrooms it automatically forwards all documents to MultiArchive for onwards processing in accordance with well defined business rules, and finally long term storage.
With MultiArchive’s web based Workflow authorized employees in JFG will be able to process customer interactions from anywhere in the company, always guided by company rules, and with full access to the corporate electronic archive.
To the managers the new solution will provide an immediate and flexible control over business processes, an up to date status on “work in progress”, and a complete tamperproof audit log.
In this way JFG builds a state of the art solution for tomorrows insurance company, based on investments already done, and completely integrated with their insurance management application from NICE.
The entire solution is to be implemented by Multi-Support Norway.
