EIVA-SAFEX takes no chances with automatic invoice processing solution.

Safety specialist EIVA-SAFEX chooses advanced invoice processing solution with automatic three-way-matching from EG and Multi-Support.

This way of thinking affects EIVA-SAFEX in every aspect of their business, and hence when they wanted to optimize the processing of supplier invoices, they made their choices based on thorough investigations and not on flashy brochures and smart presentations.

EIVA-SAFEX is running their business using ASPECT4 from EG, and hence it was a basic requirement that a new invoices processing solution runs tightly integrated with ASPECT4.

ASPECT4 has standard integration modules for all elements in the MultiArchive portfolio, including the browser based invoice processing workflow, allowing the two solutions to appear to the end user as a single unified solution.

The browser based workflow allows anyone in the organization to take part in the approval of an invoice – very relevant with branches throughout the country, and with managers on the road.

Besides rule based approval workflow, the solution delivered by EG and Multi-Support, will also support fully automatic three-way-matching, and a corporate business archive to automatically handle all system generated documents from ASPECT4’s DocManager module. Packing lists with relevant signatures will also be scanned into the electronic archive, making the shipment  documentation complete.
