A successful user conference inspired all attendees

The message was obvious: Multi-Support R&D wants MultiArchive users to have an influence on the development of product functionality to continuously improve user satisfaction.

Details

Up to eighty participants found their way to the Thon Hotel Oslofjord in Norway for the annual MultiArchive user conference that took place the 15th and 16th of April. The conference program was a combination of presentations, hands-on training and social networking activities.

The Multi-Support R&D team unveiled its thoughts and ideas for the upcoming release of MultiArchive8 and the participants could hear exciting customer stories told by actual users.

Cathrine Wiklund and Lena Sagvold from Voice Norway participated at PC Lab under expert guidance by Henrik Fjorback from Multi-Support R&D.

Managing Director Řivind Sverdrup, Multi-Support Norway is very satisfied: “Conferences like these are essential and very valuable for us in terms of continuously getting to know the user’s functionality needs. The MultiArchive users are a very valuable resource of functionality input for us when working on new releases. And with conferences like this we also have the opportunity to update the users with hands-on training. The feedback we have received has been very positive and this proves to us that we are taking the right steps to satisfy our customers".

The conference was arranged by MultiTeam, an independent user group for organizations in Norway using MultiArchive and other products from Multi-Support. MultiTeam is organized and run by DataTeam, a well established user community in Norway, representing IT users since 1970.
